Notwithstanding this, when the maximum retention period defined above is coming to an end we will send you a notification with the option to request that we keep your personal data for an additional period, thus preventing its deletion. Should you request to retain your personal data for an additional period, a new retention period will apply with a duration corresponding to the one pre-defined for the processing purposes in question.
