Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days of order placement. Deliveries are made by our preferred courier partners, such as DHL Express (Europe and Worldwide) and CTT Expresso for domestic shipments (Portugal). You will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation, including the order code, which will allow you to track your delivery.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Customs duties (non-European orders): Any customs or import duties are charged once the order arrives in the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over the charges and cannot tell you what the cost will be, customs policies and import duties may vary from country to country.

Note: The delivery time, is only a guide and based on the shipping time of the carrier. Marimba Sounds cannot be held responsible for shipping and payment approval delays, however our team will do everything possible to minimize delays.
